Sheet Metal Working
Our highly-experienced employees are experts in sheet metal working, from cutting to subsequent bending and all other modern processing methods required.
Laser cutting
With our modern laser cutting machines, we are able to achieve high cutting speeds whilst ensuring virtually burr-free cuts.
Our 3 kW fibre laser can effortlessly cut even non-ferrous metals, such as copper and brass.
For thicker materials (up to 25 mm for stainless steel/up to 20 mm for mild steel), our 5 kW CO2 laser with automated load/unload system is used.
Punching
Our CNC turret punch presses are suitable for punching all common materials, such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium or brass.
We can punch sheets with a thickness of up to 3 mm. Loading can either be done manually or automatically. We easily punch deep-drawing parts, thread nozzles and louvres.Die bending/folding
During the bending process, our employees ensure maximum precision.
We have six CNC press brakes with widths from 1200 to 3050 mm. Series components are bent with our CNC robot press brake which is particularly suited for heavier parts.
Roll bending
Our rolling machines are used to bend sheet metal strips into cylinder shapes or cones. The maximum component length is 2000 mm. The smallest possible diameter is 90 mm.
